SILLIMAN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INC.

Please be informed that the position of Trustee currently occupied by Dr. Sylvester Almiron, Jr. ,  representing the Alumni- Overseas, will expire on May 31, 2015. The SAAI is now accepting candidates for one (1) Alumni Trustee to be designated in the Silliman University Board of Trustees to serve for a five (5) year term starting June 1, 2015.

We encourage all Chapter Presidents from chapters abroad to submit their nominations for this very important position. Your candidate must be an active regular or associate member of the Association and must be a communicant member in good standing of a Christian Church which is Biblical in doctrine, cooperative in service and inclusive in fellowship.  The candidate must be of good moral character and shall meet the qualifications established by the Board of  Trustees of Silliman University. ,(MUST be a Filipino Citizen and a resident outside of the Philippines),  Dr. Almiron is still qualified to be nominated for another term.

Please submit the name of your candidate together with his or her picture ( 2×2 black and white), short biography of the candidate and a brief statement on what he or she intends to do as trustee to the Executive Secretary, SAAI Silliman University, Dumaguete City on or before  April 30, 2014. Guidelines for nomination will be sent to you soon. Thank you.
